Ordered some shoes about a week ago and got them without any issues.I was kept in the loop about dispatch and I was receiving notification when delivery was due.They were very good and prompt (considering the pandemic) with the dispatch of the order too.Would use them again

Best customer service ever!

I ordered a pair of shoes a few months back,but shipping got lost. So I emailed Converse and talked to Taylor,which was the best experience I've ever encountered with a business. She apologized and sent a reship of my shoes and they got here real fast but at about same time post office worker gave me my other lost shoes and said she forgot. So I felt guilty about it emailed again saying I got the other pair at post office and explained what happened and that I would ship them back if they wanted,but they insisted I keep them since I both received them late and they was shipped to wrong address. I also want to say the problems with any company are usually USPS,Fedex etc.or user error, I know I recently had a package lost through another company,but both company and carrier basically said oops,my bad accidents happen and I never even got refunded. So big shout out to Converse and rep Taylor for the best customer service I have yet to encounter and helping me. I even went back and bought one of my daughters a pair,had no problems whatsoever with shipping this time and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with them. Keep up the good work,we appreciate it more than you know! We'll be back for more shoes later knowing you have good customer service if shipping goes wrong and you truely care about customers.

Ugh...

Ugh.... some people seems really can't be happy no matter what and no matter what service you do propose to them, it's not just a brand of shoes, it's something like you are wearing converse and all else. I hope you understand, I am placing order for my girl as well.

Good experience - ottima esperienza

EN - ITI bought two pair of shoes on the website, with a very good discount and also 15% off for subscribing to their newsletter. The products arrived quickly in 3/4 days. Unfortunately, I chose the wrong sizes, so I had to return them back. The procedure was easy and very fast, as I got my money back in less than a week! Very good service in my experience! Satisfied With Purchase, Return/Refund/Exchange Process & Great Customer Service

While I understand that everybody is going to have different experiences when purchasing items, I personally find all these negative 1 star reviews to be questionable. I feel that in our current world of instant gratification, it creates unrealistic expectations in consumer's minds, thereby creating unrealistic demands on companies. Most companies can not and should not have to operate like Amazon (offering 1-2 day shipping). If you order an item from ANYWHERE during the holiday season when everyone else is ALSO ordering (and returning) items, expect there to be delays. While frustrating, inevitably companies are sometimes going to experience technical issues with their websites. Try to understand that these things happen and that the company is doing everything they possibly can to rectify the issue. I recently bought and had to return a pair of Converse, due to them being slightly too small. Shortly after returning the shoes, I came across all the negative reviews and went into a panic, assuming that the return/exchange process would be a complete, never-ending nightmare. Except it wasn't. Surprisingly, it ended up being a seamless, hassle-free transaction and I am completely satisfied with my shoes.I purchased a pair of Converse Checkpoint Pros on January 15th, 2020. My payment was quickly processed within a day and shortly after, I recieved an email with a tracking number, stating that my shoes would be arriving on January 20th. On January 20th, my shoes arrived. I tried them on and realized they were a bit too snug, fitting a little bit tighter than the 3 pairs of Chuck Taylors I currently own. So, I decided to return the shoes, filling out the return form and using the the return label included in the box that the shoes came in. A few days later, when I had a chance I dropped the box off at UPS. The next day, I went to my Converse.com account to see if I could track my return via their website and in the process, accidentally created a second return label. I became worried this would create issues with my return, but didn't immediately do anything to contact Converse to see if it would be an issue. Instead, I periodically checked my return via UPS tracking. When I knew my return had been recieved by Converse, I contacted them via their text chat option and asked if my accidental creation of a second return label would be an issue, as well asking about how long the return/refund process would take. I was kindly informed the second return label would not be an issue and that since the return had just been recieved, it may take a few days to be processed. I was also informed that the refund process would typically take a few days, but could take up to 14 days in some instances. All of my questions were answered and quite honestly, I found the customer service to be the best that I have recieved in several years. A couple days later, I received an email stating that my return had been recieved, processed, and that I would recieve a refund within 2-4 days. I recieved another email the following day from PayPal stating I had recieved a refund for the full amount. The money was back in my bank account the following day. The refund process took maybe 4 days in total. A week later, I decided to repurchase the shoes in the next half-size up. Three days later, they arrived in perfect condition. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, the return/refund process and I personally think Converse has some of the best customer service around.

Honestly, after reading all the negative reviews I assumed they'd be a problem with my order, but it came on time and in perfect condition. No issues.

Best modern shoes I ever buyed for me and for my girlfriend and in the past as well, what do you all say about that ? Does it really that matte much or not ? How else it should really be done and cared for something like that? Why so many negative feedback? they are good.

Quality Is AWFUL

Quality is an issue. They were willing to exchange, but soles of shoes shouldn't fall out and the insides of the heels shouldn't fall apart… and this happened SEVERAL times within a few years.

First Time Ordering from Converse

My first pair of converse so I was very excited! The shoes arrived in the timescale they said they would, in perfect condition and fit. The only small amount of confusion I had was the statement "Converse runs a half size large" which I still don't understand as they provide shoes to the half size so why not scale them up if they know that's an issue? I also think the delivery is a bit pricey at £6, but I'm happy overall considering I had no problems.
