Mavic Mini Crash and Replacement

I recently had a minor crash with my Mavic Mini resulting in damage to the camera and gimbal. I sent in the drone to DJI to be repaired, and I experienced very professional, courteous, and helpful responses from customer support. Thankfully, I opted to buy the Care Refresh package when I bought the drone, and DJI replaced the entire unit for $40. The process was straightforward, and anytime I had a question or concern, I could expect a response within the day. I was able to send in my drone, get a quote, and have a new drone sent to me within a week and a half. Thankfully DJI has repair centers in the US so I didn't have to send the drone all the way to China. The fact I was able to get this level of response and quick turn-around, during the COVID-19 pandemic is great. Good work DJI.

Activated my DJI Care program after a…

Activated my DJI Care program after a crash with my Phantom 4 Pro. In two weeks the drone was sent to evaluation by service center and a new drone returned to me. Exemplary performance on DJi´s behalf.

DJI's drones are amazingly high quality, worth their weight in gold. From the reliability, actual photography and ecosystem of accessories, DJI are my go to.Furthermore, their support team are one of the best I've ever had to deal with. Incredibly fast and thorough responses, would even send follow up emails to check on the case's progress.Would definitely recommend DJI.

Got my Mavic Mini last week. I downloaded the app and I haven't had any negative issues at all. I am new to drones. This is an absolutely positive experience for me. I truly think that researching this product helped me with knowing what to expect and there are several videos on YouTube to help.

Mavic Mini Battery

I purchased a Mavic Mini when they were first released and found one of the batteries had a error. I contacted DJI and they sent me a shipping label by email. I returned the battery and they sent me a new one in about a week. I had heard stories about bad support but I am pleased to announce my experience was exemplary!

I had a problem with my drone so I had to send it to DJI repair services. They told me how much it'd cost to fix it and I was surprised that it wasn't as expensive as I thought it'd be (the shipping from France was expensive though). So I decided to pay (online) and I got the drone back only a week after. I'm very satisfied with the customer service, would highly recommend.

I like DJI products"

I've been using DJI products since a couple of years now and I really like them. I like a lot my Mavic Pro for it is a very solid and reliable device.I like my Mavic Mini for it is very cost convenient, easy to bring around and easy to use.I like a lot my Osmo Pocket for it is a wonder of technology.I had to rely on DJI repair service once and the experience was smooth and easy. My Inspire 2 lost SSD recording

My Inspire 2 would no longer record on the SSD card, after working with DJI, they asked me to send in the drone. They sent me a prepaid UPS form, and off it went. They informed me that they wanted to use used parts, I said OK. The cost of the repair was $84 with free return postage and now the Inspire 2 is recording again in Prores.
