Hi I bought a face mask which unfortunately got lost in the post , I contacted the seller (dee) and left an email explaining I had not received mask by estimated date , she contacted me within 20 mins and asked me to wait another 2 days which I did but it still never arrived, so contacted dee and she was very sincere and apologetic and sent another one out to me by courier which I received. What not hesitate to use pellicidideas and Dee again, great customer service ,

No Support, No Help, But Finally

I’ve used Etsy for years now. Smaller purchases. Under 100 dollars usually. Marcello Riccio of London really pulled a scam on me. Over 150 dollars of my hard earned money. Almost 2 months has gone by. Seller lies, Etsy does nothing to help. NOTHING. I will amend my review. As of yesterday, Etsy did give me a full refund. I do appreciate that.

First class service

After reading the reviews I thought oh no what have I done. I ordered a chaise lounge and realised I wanted a better one. Payment refund no problem at all reordered and again no problems. Communication was first class and the product is exceptional. Thank you so much

JominaBoutique Masks

I just received 2 masks made by JominaBoutique that are so well made! I’ve worn a mask for 30 years in the OR as a Nurse and these masks have the bendable nose piece, the creases and a pocket inside the lining for a filter! They're Alright

So far I have gotten everything I've ordered, but sometimes the shipping can be unbearably slow, especially when coming from other countries. I have three international packages coming now that have taken 3-4 weeks already since shipping, and they still have not reached the U.S. Some sellers also take weeks to ship to begin with. However, any site with individual sellers will have the good and bad ones, so Etsy is alright overall.

One shipment lost in the mail, replaced

One shipment lost in the mail. The seller resent it and it finally came. The coronavirus is slowing the mail greatly, so be advised.One item I ordered was sent (I paid) via Priority Mail. It came 3 days late and the seller refunded my order.So there are many good people and reliable sellers on Etsy. The mail is just dealing with the coronavirus the best it can, so mail will be slow.

No Worries with Etsy . . . So Far

I've just made my first purchase using the Etsy.com platform, scented candles from a seller in Australia. Several minutes after I completed my order, I received email confirmation of my order, including order number and order details. About 8 hours later, I received another email from Etsy that my order had been dispatched by the seller. A few minutes after that, I received tracking email from the shipper, Australia Post, providing my tracking number. All very straight forward, efficient and what I would expect at minimum from an online selling platform. My only negative comment and my reason for the 4-star rating is that Etsy.com demands that you sign up/register to communicate with them, even though I made and completed my purchase as a "Guest". Some of the smaller online shops I've purchased from do not make this demand, figuring quite rightly that if I've provided them my money, they can provide me the ability to contact them. As long as the transaction between buyer and seller remains simple - they have something to sell that I want to buy - these online shops are all much of a muchness; you buy, they ship, you receive, end of story. It's when problems arise - buyer's remorse, damaged items, lost shipments - that separate online shops interested in your future custom from the jokers out to make a quick buck/pound/whatever. Since Etsy.com is mainly a middleman between the buyer and the seller, I don't imagine that I, as a buyer, would have much to complain about them.

Worth wild, but do your homework!

Over all I have had several positive experiences buying on ETSY. I really like the variety that the different vendors bring. My primary reason that I'm giving only 3 stars is that some vendors are misleading, and that's not fair. They'll say free shipping, you order, but then at check out it will say if you spend x amount. Or they'll have a beautiful photo of an item with a price listed, but again when you go to order it, it takes you to the options link and that's where you find out that the item pictured at that great price isn't the one their offering. It's frustrating and very misleading. I would recommend Etsy, but do your homework on the vendors, read their reviews. I've been fortunate, all except one of my vendors have been awesome so they get my repeat business.

Christ almighty, reading some of these recent reviews about not receiving the top quality instant support they need and complaining about it, ARE YOU PEOPLE NOT AWARE THAT THERE IS A GLOBAL PANDEMIC GOING AROUND AND COMPANIES ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO OPERATE DURING THESE INSANE TIMES..WOW, is all I can say with how selfish some people leaving these 1 star reviews are
