I always find sandals comfortable

I always find sandals comfortable. I wish that I can afford more pairs so I have reserve. With the financial hardships most of us are facing it is hard to order more or those on regular price so i opt for sale which I can afford as I am a senior, on fixed income and retired. I like the expediency of sending the order. I have only one thing to say - telephone order which i always prefer because of my fear of identity theft and scams online- takes almost forever waiting for a sales rep to take my order. I have to be on the phone for a long time. Thank you for this opportunity of being able to respond to your survey. Please make time shorter in answering phone orders.

The best quality shoes brand I ever…

The best quality shoes brand I ever found. The shoes bottom cushion dont hurt my ankle like other brands. I can walk a long 12 hours at work, and my ankle doing just fine. Not what it used to be

I'm giving 3 stars because the ordering process and customer service were good. I hate to say it but the quality of the shoes sees to be way down from the last time I ordered. I love the electra fitflop and have ordered a few pairs over the years. Just ordered another pair and they are nothing like my previous ones. The 'original' microwobbleboard is not the same size as the other ones I have and the upper is just not the same quality. Customer service was 4-5 stars, shoe quality 1-2 stars. I hate to say it because I love fitflop but this was a disappointment. Returned them.

Generally happy but this last occasion not good

I have been very satisfied with the service in the past but on this occasion my address was not written as I had given and therefore it was many weeks before I got my parcel as it was being couriered abroad from an address in the U.K. I have no beef with the quality style, fit & choice as they are by far the most comfortable sandals and shoes I have bought.
