Item got to me but the shoes were two sizes larger than what I ordered. I still have another package coming and am now worried about the size I'll receive in that one. Definitely shop in-store so you can make sure you get what you paid for. Other than that, the shipping was decently timed despite what is going on. I just wish the shoes weren't a 9 instead of a 7.Edit: The second package got to me and thankfully, everything was correct with that package! They have a return option on their site when you go to see your past orders and send a downloadable package slip. One option you have to pay for but the other is free. I don't need to return them since a friend liked them and paid me for them but just a warning to those in the future!

fast shipping

forever21 got fast shipping even during this covid im surprised, loved everything I bought. I was worried that even though I got a big chest and thick at the thighs (5ft and about 137 lbs ) the clothes regardless if it Was small, medium or large it fit the same there bodysuits have a good stretch but for the one shoulder bodysuit I got a large and felt like a medium but its tight and eventually will stretch plus it holds my chest well

I ordered a pair of jeans and some t shirts and tried to make a return but customer support was extremely slow at first. I was able to return and get a refund. Then I decided I’d order a few more clothes instead and the shipping took way longer than expected. The clothes fit and I liked them, I just wish the customer service was faster.

I'm soooo mad at myself for EVER ordering ANYTHING ELSE from FOREVER 21. I was sent a DRIED OUT EYELINER that cost $18 & I've called several times with NO RESOLUTION! I was hesitant anyway because the quality of EVERYTHING has gone down EXTREMELY & I never see anything except some cheap jewelry. Ive sent pictures & talked to three representatives I could NOT UNDERSTAND.. I'm DONE & UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR COMPANY IS SINKING! I'll NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE EVER!UPDATESent me a return label but charged me to return it.After, I WAS TOLD THE FEE WOULD BE WAIVED...UPDATE After I emailed them about what I was told about a complete refund, I just received a response saying they will also refund the shipping...added another star because I did get my money back.
