Our experience was great

Our experience was great. Andrew was very helpful and the communication was excellent. Worked with us on a delivery time to accommodate our work schedule. The delivery went smoothly with the white glove service. We ordered 6 different pieces that they carried up a flight of stairs and the set the bed up. They were very efficient and courteous.

Amazing product

The product we purchased is gorgeous. We are very pleased. The reason I am rating 4 instead of 5 stars is b/c the customer service reps did not tell us that we were missing pieces to our set until after we received them. We had to wait another month to receive the pieces and had to pay full prices instead of the discounted price for all pieces. The delivery process was also very slow and this was before COVID-19. When I kept asking what the hold up was, I was told it was due to COVID (but I had ordered 2 weeks prior to our emergency state). I also wish the furniture came with hooks so the sectionals wouldn't move. We had to order them from Amazon and screw them in. Once everything was complete, we couldn't be happier!

Fantastic service and delivery.

I bought the JO-1706B-QBDHBFB-br Jofran bedroom set. The set was delivered and incredibly well packaged for shipment! It took a while to get the furniture. I'm guessing they had to get it from the manufacturer first then ready it for shipment. Price was really good and included shipping.By the way - the furniture is incredible well built also! Kudos to both FurnitureCart and Jofran. I could not be happier with my selection of both!
