Takes long time to solve the issue

There was an overload issue with my website database.Hostgator immidiately restricted access to my websites till I fix the issue.I've fixed the issue during one day, and asked them to remove restrictions.Nothing happened. I've contacted them via email, chat, phone calls during 4 days. Every time I've got reply from support manager that they updated admins, and admins will remove restriction soon.But restriction is still not removed. The chanses that my websites will lose search engine rankings are increasing. Visitors of my websites are very unhappy. But it looks like Hostgator admins don't care at allUpdate: seeral hours after this post appeared on Trustpilot, I was contacted by HostGator manager, and my problem was solved immidiately.

My first website with Hostgator.

Well I have my first food related blog and got it hosted with Hostgator. The features of Hostgator are perfect with good customer support and has a reasonable fee.My site has never faced any downtime for last two years and server speed is awesome. I have to start another website and hope to get it hosted again with Hostgator only.

I was charged for an auto renewal that I never had on

***UPDATE***I wanted to put my update before the review and say that I was contacted right away by management who reimbursed me after it was realized that it wasnt my fault. For that I am greatful for their service and will continue to use their service in the future!I was charged for an auto renewal for one of my accounts that I didn't have it on renewal for. I remember that I had it changed from last year and even confirmed that the auto renewal was off. Still I was charged and when I went to talk to a rep about it, I basically got that nothing can be done because the account was already charged and the whois information was already updated. Are you serious?!?!? And this was my fault??? I didn't have the autorenewal "on". It was off from a year ago. The response was slower. Hostgator used to be good. Now it has gotten really bad. Sucks because I use to like their service I had 5 domain packages with them. All they could tell me is delete my payment information, wow!

I have limited time available right now…

I have limited time available right now and admittedly have lower level skills. I just need to set up emails and can’t find my way there. Reaching out to support after 5 is miserable and their service surveys don’t even work. Very frustrating.
