I am in love with the prom dress that I ordered - it is good quality at a low price (and I ordered it in a custom colour!).However, they were very late shipping so if ordering for an event order months before hand and be prepared to wait!:) Here’s the longer review:When I ordered my prom dress I looked at jjhouse’s reviews first so I was nervous wether my dress would actually arrive before my prom therefore I ordered it 5 months before the prom would have been. I suggest anyone buying the dress for an event do the same because although I paid for the dress to arrive within 6-10 days, it came three months after I ordered it. (Don’t pay for a faster delivery!) However to give credit to the company, I ordered my dress only a couple of weeks before china went into lockdown due to the corona virus so I was pleasantly surprised when the dress arrived at my door to see that they had still managed to ship the dress to me at all! I would give jjs house 5 stars as I love my dress but the shipping is too big of an issue, if they had been truthful about when the dress would arrive or had even emailed to say it would be late, they’d receive the full 5 stars. (Also they didn't reply to their emails about the dress so I’m guessing the company needs to work on their admin and shipping)

Having read bad reports after i'd placed my first order i was very dubious whether my dress for a friends wedding would arrive. Not only did the dress arrive in the middle of Covid 19 but it arrived 10 days earlier than the date given to me by JJshouse. I had the dress made to measure and the fit was perfect, the only thing i didn't like was the padding on the bust but this was easily removed. the dress hangs lovely and the material is quality. after this I decided to order a handbag and shoes which also arrived well within the allocated dates given, unfortunately I had to return the shoes as they were a very tight fit ( I have very broad feet). This again made me worry as I've read about refunds not being given but again I had no problems, the post was delayed getting to them because of Covid 19 but when I did a web chat they chased this up and replied by email to say may refund was being processed. I also had a number of web chats along the way and each time they sent me a ticket number and told me when to expect a follow up and this was always followed up within the time stated. so JJshouse keep up the good work and I would highly recommend you to my friends and family. The only down side the wedding has been cancelled due to Covid 19 but I have my outfit ready for the new date and will be ordering from you again.

Thought I would take a risk as the shoes I seen were a perfect match for a chichi dress I bought for a wedding. Delivery did take ages but I was aware this could be the case so was sure to order them well ahead of when I would need them. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shoes and they are comfy... Well around the house anyway as the wedding has been postponed due to covid19 so cant say for comfort for a full days wear

I bought hair accessories last year and received them on time without any problem. I did no buy dresses nor had to get in touch with customer service, but I received everything I ordered and the quality was equivalent to high end boutique I visited. Everything was as pictured on the website.

So after reading all the negative reviews on her I was so apprehensive about placing an order. People are forgetting though that these dresses are coming from China. Once the items are shipped then it’s out of their control!! My dresses came and were amazing quality. Customer service was amazing. And I really feel for this company because they are getting so much rubbish for the circumstances. Yes my dresses took a bit longer than usual but I was aware that they might not come exactly when planned.Overall amazing experience and recommend this shop to anyone. Regardless of what reviews say these people are fab!

I would like to say about JJs that I ordered a dress, and had to send it back , I was practically blackmail to take my comments off , I did this as I knew I wouldn’t get my money back on changing my comments, then an email back from the asking to change my star status to 5 which done and heyho my money was put back into my account I warn people not to buy from this company

I ordered from JJsHouse in February (2020), an especially risky time due to the Coronavirus outbreak in Asia, but I took a risk anyway since I had my eye set on one of their gorgeous-looking dresses for prom. I was very nervous about potentially being scammed due to all the bad reviews and suspicion around Chinese companies such as JJsHouse, but to my surprise, it was all worth it! My dress came faster than expected (5 days instead of 7-14, considering this was an overseas shipment from China to the UK) and in perfect condition! Genuinely beautiful, no loose threads, exactly like the picture - if not better - and incredibly, true to size (I took another gamble and didn't get custom measurements, though that is an option, due to the extra cost)! No one is paying me to say this, and I am just as surprised as you all are that my risk paid off. In disbelief but couldn't be happier! Highly recommend :)

I purchased a dress in February 2020, it was shipped in time and I received it as expected. I liked the quality of the dress, which corresponds to what was described. For the price, it is definitely worth it!

I would like to give you my honest review of JJs house and share my experience. I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses in January, and my wedding dress in February. Customer service- could be better! I understood entirely the situation with regard to the Virus in China at the beginning of the year and expected it to have my order delayed. But I had to ask them for updates and they did not at any time offer me any update either on the 'expected delivery date' information on the website nor via email, which I would have expected. I spoke to their online chat and gave my order numbers for each order and they did update me on there. I have no idea if I was speaking to actual people or some automated enquiry line, my guess would be automated because they all said the same thing in identical terms, but I did manage to get the information I needed. Which was largely correct. However, I would have expected them to have informed me of the delays and not had to ask for this information myself. Quality of products - Wow! My bridesmaid dresses arrived about 2 or 3 weeks ago and only my daughter could try hers on as everyone else is in isolation and then lock down happened. But they are Stunning!! I mean really stunning! I wasn't expecting the quality to be great because of the price but I have to say they really are well made and I'd have been happy with them if they had been twice the price. I was beginning to worry about my wedding dress when I ordered and was awaiting the Bridesmaids dresses to assess if I had done the right thing and I have to say all my worries faded after seeing these. Albeit with a small doubt after reading some of these reviews. My wedding dress arrived on Monday, a lot later than they had said it would be, but again I kind of understood that the UK was now in a situation with the virus and knew there would be delays.Again WOW! It's beautiful, well made and would have paid 2 if not 3 times the price for this in a shop in the UK. I can't overstate how well made this is. I was expecting the lace to be roughly cut and fraying, but it really wasn't. I'm so happy!! ( Shame my wedding is now cancelled but we have rebooked and I cant wait to wear it!)I gave JJs house 4 stars, as although I am disappointed with the customer service I do understand these are unprecedented times and the quality of the dresses more than make up for the delays.My advice would be just make sure you order well in advance. and if you do have any questions use the online chat, it does give you updated information but you do have to ask for it.

I ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses on February 16th 2020 and received them March 30th 2020. Any time i had a question they responded in a timely manner, they were very nice and easy to work with!!!! One of the dresses, we ordered to small and they were very helpful with exchanging the dress for us. i will definitely order more dresses from them!!!!i am very happy with all the dresses!!!! THANK YOU JJHOUSE!!!!

Thank you for my two wraps that came today Have just put in another order for evening dress you will see only a short person l am 94years old and my husband and will be celebrating our 75 years of marriage in July so now will have to postpone our booking and dance together in our lounge. I could not be happier with my dress. took slightly longer to arrive due to the corona virus outbreak, but when i contacted customer services they couldn’t have been more helpful and apologetic. I ordered in plenty of time, so the extra wait was not an issue.The quality of my dress is amazing, and im so glad that i took the chance and ordered from JJs. saved over £600, that I can now use for other things. would not hesitate in ordering more from JJs.

So due to the CV I have had to send numerous emails asking when my 4 bridesmaids dresses would arrive and in all fairness I always got a helpful and honest reply (Even though I doubted them at the time) that they are delayed and would now be delivered at the end of March and to my surprise they have actually arrived yesterday and I have to say they are worth the wait, I love all 4 dresses (3 different styles). I almost cancelled my order out of frustration of them being late and I’m so glad I didn’t now

I love this place! Ordered a size too big so I could tailor the dress. The fabric was full, and the details were sturdy and beautiful. Just needs a little tailoring to make it perfect. It took a little longer to arrive because of the virus but the respond to my emails and answered my questions. However I do believe their online site reviews are monitored.
