a surprisingly good experience

i ordered a sweatshirt and it said it would take 4-5 weeks to ship. to my surprise they shipped it a week early, and it came in 3 days, in perfect condition. i didn'r have any problems with them, and they responded to me within a day. i would take the bad reviews into consideration if i were to buy from them, though.

I ordered a jacket from without looking at reviews started getting worried after looking them up and seeing all poor reviews they got...but customer service was good and polite answered every email i sent regarding my order...my jacket did arrive everything was perfect and as advertised took longer than expected but that could be cause the pandemic...overall experience was good but ill probably not order anything else from them though

Excision crop top jersey

I've been looking for a Jersey that's been out of stock everywhere! Merch finally restocked and I bought one, then curious how they are with delivery times and reviews made me HORRIBLY terrified and expected to never receive it. Yet!!! I ordered on 4/18, processed in like a week and was in my mailbox 3 days after that! Exactly what I wanted! And a VERY happy customer today!

Purchased before reading reviews. I got convinced that I just wasted money. To my surprise I got both my cds together with 2 weeks and they were legit from the record co! Maybe i lucked out but I had absolutely no issues.

Great experience ordering internationally!

I purchased from Merchbar after reading all the negative reviews and knowing what I could be in for. To my surprise, I've had no negative experiences with this company at all. I've wanted this sweater for a long time and when it finally went on sale I decided it'd be the perfect time to get it. I live in Canada, so the prices are really high on all their products no matter what for me. The sweater was on for $44 USD and I got it for $76 CND with shipping. Totally over priced for international customers like me, and thats one negative thing I have to say about the company. I emailed them prior to ordering to see if they had more info on customs costs, they got back to me within a day. So I placed my order on april 1st, it was supposed to have same day shipping (at least it said it shipped the same day), but it ended up shipping on the 3rd. Not a horrible thing but still annoying, so I wouldn't trust the "ships same day" thing. As far as delivery time, it arrived on the 21st of april. But considering theres a global pandemic going on I figured my package would take a little longer. Overall, I'd take all the negative reviews into consideration when ordering. I personally had a great experience ordering from them and I am so happy with the sweater!

Ordered Poppy’s “Am I a Girl” 2XLP on sale around Christmas, and it was supposed to also come with a digital download code for the album (sent to email) and I still haven’t received the code despite emailing them and only getting a reply that it should be sent soon. It’s been a month since the email, 2 months since buying the records.

Good price and fast shipment!

I ordered a rare LP, which is not available on Amazon and co. (just on the artist's shop in the USA + 20€ for shipping to Europe) for a really good price on Merchbar (same price but only 3€ for shipping to Germany). After 4 days, the LP arrived. Everything is fine and like it is discribed on the website.

I had a good experience with Merchbar

I did not read the reviews for Merchbar before I ordered. They had a shirt I wanted and just went for it. I did contact customer service regarding sizing and got a reply within hours. I think from order to receipt was a little over a week, but this isn’t Amazon. The shirt fit perfectly and was exactly as pictured, and good quality. I’m sorry others didn’t have the experience I did. I probably would order from them again, but would take the negative reviews under consideration.

Rarely buy stuff online but might have to start

I rarely ever purchase anything online so I don't know much about the process but I ordered a t-shirt and it came pretty quick. Think i ordered it like a week ago and from past experiences with Ebay from my youth about a week or less to me is pretty good as I felt it arrived decently enought. It's also exactly what I ordered which is also nice

I Ordered a Harry Styles Adore you T-Shirt Around December 6th knowing well the item was gonna be shipped on January 2020. I had keep good communication with Its customer help service (There great on timing to respond could take next day to respond and possibly same day.)
