From Despondency to Elation!

First batch of products - was excited initially until the products didn’t live up to expectation...1. Covers that detached from the side rings etc 2. Mount that has the rubber rings melted (1st model)Disappointed that it wasn’t attended to and completely gave up and felt bad that I actually referred so many friends and contact that I finally found a product that could replace the trusted Spigen which was deem as the best in our circle here. However , tried one last time and this CSO named Fei, blew me away not because she replaced the products and brought my confidence back, her responsiveness and attentiveness and almost immediate response was mind blowing for any online experience that I had! The new mount is so awesome and so areThe covers . But the service and responsiveness of the customer service staff ranks high up there! Well done! Sorry, I understand that I might need to review more of the products...but seriously it’s the service of The staff that salvage Everything. As for the products- I am constantly following up to see what’s new and again just recommended to another friend. Cheers

I love the product and support!

I love the product and support!! Whether its a technical, delivery or discount question, the support fixed it for me. The free delivery in Netherlands was extremely slow, but I guess that has to do everything with the special situation.

Honestly, the best case I've owned.I ordered the S8 limitless 3.0 case and i am ecstatic with my purchase. The quality is fabulous and rigid. The looks are also very breath-taking and it feels really nice in the hand.I'm yet to drop this phone yet, however I have full confidence that this case (paired along with the free TPU protector) included would do an amazing job of protecting my phone, without any doubts. The lifetime warranty for the case also gives me peace of mind.Another thing I'm impressed by, is that although I took extra care putting the TPU protector on, thoroughly cleaned my phone etc, there will still around 6-7 tiny bubbles on the phone. These all subsided within two days, something which is pretty extraordinary. However I do have a slight criticism. The case paired with the protector causes the protector to detach slightly at the bottom of my phone, so I have a bubble at the bottom of it with the case on. However when I take the case off, the bubble disappears from the protector. This is a pretty minor issue but perhaps Mous could do a slightly better job when working out dimensions for the TPU screen protectors, but nevertheless I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. the mous clarity is a very nice case, BUT...

i'd say the mous clarity case would be the most perfect case i've ever used. but just because of the raised edges on the back sides, it just makes the handling experience uncomfortable for a person with small and moisty hands. hope you can curb this issue in the near future! just my 2cents here..

Great Customer Service

Amid all the 2020 Covid-19 craziness, I ordered a phone case for my iPhone. It took a bit longer to get than expected, and there was a tracking number issue, so I had no idea where my package was. When I finally got my package I noticed I had ordered the wrong case size for my phone. I filed an exchange order and the Customer Experience Advisor, Jennifer, was quick to respond and very informative. All in all the timely interaction changed my view on the whole situation. I dont believe you can find any better customer service and or support than what the Mous team delivers. I left this reply with Jennifer and I stand by every word, " Hi Jennifer,Wow! I keep hearing about possible slowdowns due to the Corona virus but your not slowing down one bit!
