This was the first time I used this company. I read the reviews and I was concerned. However I had a positive experience. My order was always updated and I received my order in a timely manner.

Canceled my order, much easier than expected

Foolishly, I ordered nearly $300 of gear from OP before reading the reviews... After reading the reviews, I called the next day to cancel my order. To my surprise, it was much easier than expected to deal with their customer support. The rep wasn’t necessarily friendly, but he was very helpful. Although reviews state that OP’s online inventory don’t match its physical inventory, 4/6 items were in stock (had I not cancelled). The other 2 items (quad rail & rifle case), had 4-6 week arrival windows. What’s more, the items seem to be priced okay but the company feels justified in applying a $40 “surcharge” to each cart with no explanation. I don’t doubt that people have been hosed by OP in the past but for me, cancelling my order was easier than I thought

Customer Service!The customer service staff is beyond patient and exceedingly attentive during the time of the pandemic!
