good products horrible service

I just bought a mattress I was told it would be delivered yesterday then I was told it would come today now I am being told its in a pick up location but I don't know where and I cant get to talk to someone on the phone but they are quick to take your money careful your products are decent but not worth the aggravation so you have my money and my mattress.and I cant get to either one my bed is up in the air my pocket is empty thanks for being a good customer your pitiful you don't deserve the customers you have!!!

I ordered the percale sheet set in May…

I ordered the percale sheet set in May of 2016. These were my only sheets - I washed them and put them back on the bed the same day. So they never got a break. In April of 2020, the fitted sheet did develop a tear about midway up the sheet. The pillowcases and top sheet are in perfect condition. I ordered a new fitted sheet.I can't speak for the sateen and linen. I know the sateen get poorer reviews. If you are looking for cotton percale, these are the best sheets I've ever found. I think 4 years of daily use is pretty fantastic for sheets. I was a little sad to see the tear in the middle - because other than that the sheets showed no sign of wear. But I loved the sheets enough to order replacements. The cotton percale is very breathable, and has the clean crisp cool feel. They don't get hot and feel fantastic. The only small issue I have is that they wrinkle easily. But I've found no reason to care that my sheets are wrinkled.

Loved my new sheets until the bottom…

Loved my new sheets until the bottom sheet got a tear after only 4 months. Definitely a bummer when spending so much on luxury sheets. When I contacted customer service however, they could not have been nicer and sent a replacement sheet. Kudos for great customer service!!!

World class products and customer service

I received excellent service from Parachute. I bought a couple of bathrobes and a few days later, the items went on sale. I sent a brief email to Parachute asking them for a price adjustment. I quickly received a satisfactory reply. Very good quality company with unmatched quality products and world class customer service.

Wow!!

Wow, talk about incredible customer service! I initially ordered some products and we had a little hiccup. I contacted Parachute and their team went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I was satisfied. They were not only helpful but also very efficient in solving my problem. I know millennials are prone to exaggeration, but I kid you not, this was the BEST customer service experience I've ever had. As a new home owner I am slowly decorating my home and parachute will be there every step of the way. Love their product and LOVE their team.

Highly recommend

I ordered the linen sheet set. When I decided to exchange it for a different color, the return process was easy and customer service very helpful when I had issues with my shipment (thanks Nina). Most importantly, I love the sheets! Very comfortable, and they help keep me cool at night.

Beautiful sheets and bedding

I love my fluffy soft Parachute towels, and the sheets are luxurious and beautiful. The linen ones are way too big, but they work out nonetheless (queen sized).

Sheets

Sheets make the bed much cooler than before, so not much need for air conditioning, even in Hawaii.

I love my duvet insert and while the pillows took some getting used to as they were softer than the firm that I was expecting, I've grown comfortable with everything. My next purchases will be bath towels, and perhaps more pillows.

Nice sheets but beware of fading.

I purchased a Venice Set of the percale sheets in the slate color.They arrived quickly and were packaged nicely and I was very pleased with the slate color. The sheets themselves had a nice, quality feel but they were a little scratchy right out of the packing. Nothing a few washes can't fix - right? So, I washed the sheets prior to first use with a mild detergent. Unfortunately the slate color faded significantly after just one wash. This was really disappointing to see after dropping $300. I think Parachute is a quality operation but it seems they are still working out the kinks with their products.

These sheets are simply INCREDIBLE!

I was never one to think that the type of sheets one used could make such a difference as far as a nights sleep goes. Man was I wrong!The linen sheets from Parachute are a slice of heaven. Not only do the sheets breathe well, but they are supper soft and run super cool during the summer months. I am excited to get another set really soon. The quality is also unmatched as far as linens go.

I've compared...PARACHUTE WINS!!

Ok, so I've just moved into a new apartment and I'm living as a single woman. I needed all new everything....that included bedding. I bought the duvet and sateen cover and sateen sheet set from Parachute. It is literally a bed made for the gods! But I needed to get another set of sheets and my friend recommended another high end company....so I bought a set from this other company. They are not the same. The crispness and the sheen and the feel just aren't the same. There is just something missing. The quality might be similar and the price was the same but the "other" sheets are a little lack-luster. I'm so glad I ordered from both companies to REALLY get a good comparison. Now I know....Parachute all the way. Since I love the bedding so much, I was considering purchasing the mattress topper....I mean, I feel at this point I can't go wrong;)
