I’ve been ordering from the Pizza Hut on 1st in Bradenton fl, for the past couple years, and I can say within this last year since the new manager “Josh” been there... the food and their service has really improved tremendously! Good pizza but.....Ordered online…

Good pizza but.....Ordered online yesterday at 6:50 pm, contactless curbside, for 7:45 pm. The web site specifically said the store offered contactleelss curbside and to call the store when I got there. Got there at 7:40, called in and said I was there. The employee said my pizza was still in the oven (fine w me). I asked her if she would bring the pizza out to me and she said, "Yes, when it's done." By 8:00 pm, no one had come out., so I went inside and asked for my pizza. It was in a warming bag. She never intended to bring it out. It was lukewarm when I got it home -- 10 minutes away. Disappointing. If you don't have contactless curbside service, then don't advertise it, and don't lie to me about it on the phone

Anytime I am travelling I always know to search for Pizza Hut as a trustworthy option to eat. I know it will taste good and that I will have good service there.
