I absolutely LOVE this website!!! My products came in a ton of bubble wrap so I know they would never break and the quality of glass is great too! I actually had an issue on my end with my mail box and they still managed to get it to me in a timely manner! I adore my new pieces and can’t wait to buy more.

Customer service is amazing

Customer service is amazing! I'm always skeptical buying glass from the internet. But this site puts me at ease. I ordered a bong slider and it actually came without a hole in it. I took a picture and emailed and within a day they sent me tracking details for a new one they sent out free of charge! Would definitely do business again. Thanks guys!

I ordered 2 animal pipes as a gift for Christmas. One of them was cracked when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and are sending out a replacement one. I think their customer service is fantastic. Will definitely order from them again!!

Great customer support

I’ve know bought three productus form smoke day and absolutely love them. I didn’t receive a confirmation email on my second order and contacted customer support. They emailed me back almost immediately and helped me get my tracking information and everything super fast. Definitely recommend smokeday to anyone interested in smoking accessories

Above and Beyond on customer service

I got a beautiful bubbler from smokeday.com for a great price. The banger I recieved with my piece started to crack after I heated it up the first time so after messaging smokeday.com they offered a complete replacement banger. I am very happy with the product I recieved and thrilled with their customer service!

Just ordered a nice glass at super low cost for first time at Smoke Day!!! It's here in my hand, bam slam thank you Ma'am. Like super fast.
