Almost 5 stars

I ordered 2 items from Swarovski online because their website said 'delivery will be in 3 to 4 working days but do expect delays'. I wanted the gifts to arrive on time before someone's birthday. The items did arrive but in 7 working days. Correct order, beautiful items, impressive packaging.I would have given Swarovski 5 stars if they said dispatch is from Switzerland and that deliveries to UK are from 7 working days and not their generic 3 to 4. Give Swarovski credit they are working as hard as they can to dispatch as quickly as possible during this difficult time as they will have a huge backlog of orders. Their website needs to not over promise on the delivery date to avoid angry customers and to state deliveries are being dispatched by their logistics company, not Swarovski. Due to covid19 expect delays. Will I order online again, yes!

Outstanding seevice

When I placed an order on the Swarovski UK website I was a bit concerned if or when I would get the order as it is a birthday gift. I can say that I ordered 3 items on the 2nd May and have received them today before 10am. The way the items were packaged was excellent to ensure no damage. I cannot fault any part of the process from.ordering to receipt of the goods. They are now in time for my sister in law's birthday.

Long wait for a beautiful bracelet

I placed my order on the 21st April and have received it today - 6th May. The product is beautiful and very nicely wrapped. I was, thankfully, not in a rush for it. However I think if Swarovski were being more transparent with their delivery times, they would have a lot less negative reviews.

I have tried to contact Swarovski many…

I have tried to contact Swarovski many times in a space of just over a month after receiving advice from customer services to refuse delivery because of ordering the wrong item.Over a month later and I have heard nothing back from them despite many emails asking what is happening.I have sent them a screen grab of the tracking details and Parcel Force states it has been refused delivery 3 times by addressee yet I have only refused it once as advised and I have also shown Swarovski the email which shows the customer service person advising me to refuse delivery.I can't call them as they state email only and when I email I get no response which has led me to here.I hope Swarovski see and responds to this review as I have bought from them several times and never had this kind of lack of customer service before.ORDER NUMBER 10GB00000842547RegardsUPDATE:Hi,I have just received a message from Parcelforce:I can now confirm to you that your parcel has been processed to be returned to the sender, this is because of being refused by yourself.In instances such as this, we'd recommend contacting the sender to let them know that the item is on its way back to them.Kind regardsEuan - Email TeamJust to let you know the parcel is back on it's way to you. I have finally received my order

I have finally received my order! They ended up taking my money out again and confirmed it would be sent with a tracking number to go with it. It took longer than usual which is too be expected as the world is on lockdown... but it did come and it was exactly what I ordered. Thank you Swarovski!

Complicated order but worth it!

Swarovski is a great place to buy from,I deducted one star because I ordered 2 bracelets in the sale one on the 17th and another on the 18th of April. It’s now the 4th of May and the bracelet’s have finally come today and in time for my mums birthday so thankyou for that, that’s amazing and my mums and my own bracelet’s are absolutely beautiful. At first when I ordered them, the money kept pending and nothing was being done I had emailed them 7 times about my orders because by the 24th of April the money had gone back into my account, luckily a few days later I got a shipping email for one bracelet and shortly after another one for the other and they finally got back to me about what’s going on about my order and reassuring me the money was just in its ‘progress stage’ and it was taken the next day and my orders are here and they’re fabulous and gorgeous so I was a bit up in the air frantic about my orders for a few weeks, but everything worked out in the end and other people ranting on here, just be patient a pandemic is going on and they’re being shipped from Switzerland it’s not from London so it takes longer. Thankyou Swarovski so much! Customer care could be approved but besides that everything worked out in the end.

Finally Shipped

Ordered on 19th of April, the package just shipped today (finally) on 29th of April. It took them 7 business days to deliver my order due to the outbreak. Chill out guys

Order received 2 weeks later

I wanted to post this review to reassure people who have recently placed an order with Swarovski. I placed my order on 15th April during the 40% off sale and received my package today on 29th April. I appreciate that there are delays during the current pandemic but Swarovski should give a realistic time frame of when the order would likely to be delivered. I have ordered from Swarovski before and had no problem so I can only put this service down to the pandemic. I will be waiting for the pandemic to be over before ordering with Swarovski again.

Where's my refund - UPDATE

Update on previous review.Swarovski emailed yesterday to say they have received my item and paperwork and are now processing my refund. They apologised for the inconvenience too. So my rating will now be 4 stars and I shall continue to buy their products. Thank you Swarovski. Ordered, O/N 10GB00000845666, a pen on 1 April 2020 which arrived on 6 April, then saw same discounted in their 40% off sale. Returned pen on 8 April using the return form label that was sent and have a Post office receipt. Heard nothing from Swarovski about receiving it. Emailed on 20 April askibg for update (tried calljng theur Customer Service number but messagw says its not takjng calks and to email). Received bog standard response that they will deal with enquiry. Still nothing, so sent another email, again received standard response. Still nothing. Sent yet another email and stated would post bad review and still wantex update. So far not a response of any sort. So upshot is, i have no pen and am out of pocket to the tune of £35. Absolutely disgraceful. I have a number of their products which i love, but this episide has complete put me off buying from them, at least online. I sincerely hope they will sort this mattef out. I know wd have the virus scenario but this just isnt good customer service. Sandra Jackson
