Great customer service!

I called The Grommet to complain about a product I'd bought four of (wipe-off books). Two have been used and on a third, the plastic was removed, so only one was in new condition. I told what was wrong with them (considerable!) and the person without hesitation said they would refund the entire cost of all four, and would pay return shipping. I never imagined they would do such a thing. She said their customer service policy is 100% guaranteed satisfaction. Super nice of them, in my opinion.

I am obsessed with this company

I am obsessed with this company. They have the BEST product ideas. Most I don't even know I need and it's a great place to find gifts. Unusual but purposeful gifts. Things that people will really appreciate. Things you don't find everywhere. And their customer service is unbelievable. I love good customer service and the Grommet is second to none.

Excellent customer service

I ordered a Tapplock from The Grommet on April 27, 2018 and it died less than 45 days later. I made several unsuccessful attempts to contact Tapplock for customer service before I remembered that I purchased the lock from TheGrommet.com. One call to TheGrommet and my return / replacement was processed.....IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES (thanks Marie). I will definitely order from TheGrommet.com again....Tapplock--not so much.
