I recently purchased an Apple Watch Gen 4 Series 4 Cell 40mm Gold Aluminum - Pink Sand Sport Band which I received within a few days. I’m very impressed with my purchase and more than satisfied. The product I ordered was rated Class B but upon close inspection I can’t find any blemishes or scratches as of yet so I in my own honest opinion they inspect each product with great care and expertise. I had a great customer service experience through the whole ordeal. I would highly recommend VIP Outlet, plus I plan to make many more purchases with them.

A few weeks ago, I was looking through the reviews for this online store, VIP Outlet. There was many negative reviews and was not doing well with the BBB either. As I was reading through the different ones, there was someone attempting to contact the angry or unsatisfied customers. In the past, I have worked in Customer Service and it is a challenging job. Sorting through the different reviews, I think most of them were legitimate. However, there were some that I doubted. It was drilled into my head that the customer was always right. Well, I would just grit my teeth and say yeah that's true. Is it really true? No way! Some people just wanted everything for free! It is called VIP Outlet, not Free Outlet. I definitely was siding with most of the customers that was put through a ringer with this company. A lot of these customers should have never had to experience what they did. When seeing the Representative reaching out to these people on these Ratings and Reviews, I was very impressed! Not sure if he is a owner, manager or what, but to me that is trying to have good business. I check out their website many times over the last f couple of months I noticed there is no reviews on their website at all. Today I found out why. It is messed up and not sure if it was on purpose so no one can post reviews? If you do not want people to post reviews then why offer it? Just take it down?. Then Later, Asking myself, do I really want to put myself through the possible of pain of problems? I finally gave in and took the chance. To my surprise, it turn out Great! Although, it is not over yet. Today is the first day. There were several errors, at least 4 with the shipping and they cannot blame it on FeEx with my order. Sometimes they do mess up, but this time FedEx was not to blame.I am not upset at all over any of it. But being glad I was not one of the people who stayed home that day, took off of work or cancel plans to be home. I paid attention to every email and detail. I saw errors on their website, errors in email. For most people this would be a huge deal. The company sending different delivery dates, which one include the very next day (Coming from California to Alabama) It was shipped FedEx Home Delivery. It arrived today and so far is it Great. I got it a great price. It was as describe, Grade A. The picture and sound is perfect. I love the Roku TV. I use it for streaming movie, TV shows, documentary, music videos and more.There is no charge for Roku and comes with Many free Apps. There are also some apps that you must pay for as well. So far I never contact customer service, not by email, not by phone or chat as of yet. Hopefully the 30 day Refund period will go well, meaning hope I do not need a Refund. Then will see how the 90 Warranty period is like. Then will update. I used the Reviews to make the decision whether or not to order from this company. I came close to not doing so. It was the Owner, Manager or Representative who was reaching out to people that helped me to make the order.
