ok ,we are getting there ,,,after…

ok ,we are getting there ,,,after coming down on Zavvi like a ton of bricks its getting lighter ......the ton of bricks that is. finally ,even though i had not purchased anything yet because of the issue of not being able to use Pay Pal then being suspicious reading the bad reviews ,all is going well ,actually i`m impressed , continuing updates , delivery expectation on the site seem ,wow ,coming from the other side of the planet ,we`ll see when we receive the goods if any issues arize....if all is good at the end ,their will be 2 more gold stars added ,just one thing , i hate the responses they give on the Zavii web site under messages , they are so robotic answers ,no feeling or compassion in their verse ,and usually the last sentence is always the same ,, no matter who replys to the customer ,maybe if they answerd with feeling they would not get the bad reviews , even if someone does bad or screws up an order , if they sound like there trying to help and respond in a sympathetic way ,not political speak or goes around in circles a buyer ,if intellegent will understand , still tracie ,i did not recieve a message in my Zavvi account message file ,if thats the way it works , also the order number is 9 digits ,not 8 like it says

Amazing in Every Regard

I have no idea how there is so many bad reviews. I have bought from Zavvi a lot and they're my go to. I haven't had any bad experience that was Zavvi's fault. I pretty much only shop on Zavvi now. I love the deals & the service is superb. Definitely recommend to anyone.
